On Tuesday, December 10, 2019, The male and female in the photos shoplifted clothing from Kohl's in Smithfield Rhode Island. It appears they got into an older model maroon/red Honda Pilot (unknown license plate) and left the area. On Wednesday, February 12, 2020, The suspects were back at Kohl’s in a maroon Honda Pilot bearing Massachusetts Registration 4XK196 which is expired (June 2018). The plates belong on a grey Suzuki. The suspects did not purchase or steal anything from Kohl’s, however they went across the parking lot to Home Depot and used a cloned credit card from a business in Narragansett, Rhode Island to make a purchase. I contacted the registered owner of the license plates who stated that she no longer has the license plates. If anyone can identify these individuals please contact me.
