On October 30th, 2020, Friday, at approximately 05:30pm, this department responded to Shaw's grocery store for a report of an ARMED ROBBERY. The suspect entered the store and approached the customer service counter and inquired about paying for a piece of fruit which he had in his hand. After waiting with the Clerk at the counter, the suspect brandished a knife and told the clerk to give him the cash or he will die. The suspect was described as a white male, wearing a black mask, blue latex gloves, and was wearing a red hoody, black baseball cap which had a white logo in the cener, tan pants and red sneakers. The suspect was short in height about 4'10 to 5'0 in height, heavy build, obese, with large thighs, The suspect fled from the store out of the main entrance with a quantity of cash. This department is requesting assistance to identify the suspect involved in this robbery.
