On the listed date an time a white male depicted in the photograph, described by witnesses as a male about 40 years old with a beard, wearing a dark colored jacket and white colored hat shoplifted 900 dollars worth of electronics from Target in Abington. The male then fled to a grey Honda Accord with another white male in the passenger seat. The vehicle was later found to be a stolen car.
