A white male suspect enetered bank when it first opened and passed a note to the teller written on a napkin.

A white male with slightly tanned-skin, 5'7"-5'9" tall, light brown hair cut short, 30's-40's in age with sunken cheeks and lines/wrinkles around mouth. He was wearing a white baseball cap with logo, mirrored sunglasses, navy blue t-shirt with writing and lion-type logo on front,white colored, knee-length short pants with dark diagonal stripe down each side and light-colored sneakers or possibly sandals.

Detective Callahan of the Waltham PD reports that a Mr. Errol Sullivan of Waltham was arrested in Providence R.I. and charged with this offense.
