Resident reported his credit card was taken from wallet inside his home by an unknown Person. Seen on film using card at target in Watertown buying over 400. In household goods is a black male, 35-45,6-0, wearing black coat and shirt, baseball hat pushing cart of items purchased out of store. Same subject used card at home depot up the street and charged over $ 3000 to buy a roman hot tub and large amount of cleaning supplies. The card was used later at town tire Rt. 16 in Everett for $657. For four tires. The night before a wm,17, 5-7,short black hair came to town tire and picked out tires for his mustang, said it was his birthday and his mom will be in 4-28 to pay for them. On 4-28-07 mom (wf, 40's, 5-5,blond,small well toned ) came in and bought tires on same stolen credit card. Same BM from target and home depot appeared in a 95-96 Grand Cherokee and helped put tires in Vehicle. Left eastbound on rt. 16.
