On Sunday, (Super Bowel Sunday) February 4, 2007 at approximately 11:40PM, officers of the Southampton Police were dispatched to an alarm activation at Smitty's Package Store.

The suspects entered the building by pushing an air conditioner out of the wall .

The store was equipped with one infrared surveillance camera. The camera, linked to an internet based surveillance system, captured images of two males that had broken into the store.
