Victims credit cards taken from her vehicle while it was parked at Franklin High School. Suspect went to CVS, Stop & Shop, Sports Authority and Papa Ginos with solen cards. Used cards to charge over $2000.

Detective Manocchio reports the person came back to Franklin and was arrested @ the same CVS 3 weeks later. Suspect is out of Brockton MA IDed as Kenneth Jenkins.
