suspect attempted to pass a conterfeit American Express travelers check. Suspect was told to wait while the clerk checked with the manager about the check. the suspect stated he had to go and possibly fled in a black Dodge charger. suspect is described as being in his 30's with a muscular build wearing alot of jewelry. one watch described as having diamonds on the wrist.

A White plains NY loss prevention officer contacted Detective MacIsaac after arresting someone for a similar crime in NY. He was able to confirm this suspect to be the same and have file charges on a Delson ALEXIS 3-14-80. he used the alias Paris ALEXANDER.
