A female was at the Cumberland Farms store on Depot Street in East Wareham on the morning or August 22, 2007. She asked 2 black males for directions to get back on the highway and was looking to go to Providence Rhode Island. They asked her to follow them. When they were on Maple Springs Road, the passenger in the suspect vehicle motioned the victim to pull into the park and ride. Once in the parking lot, one of the black males got out of the car and assaulted the victim and took her pocketbook. He threw her to the ground. They fled the area in a white Oldsmobile. We are looking for information on the black male in the multi colored (brown and yellow) hat. We have an identification of the other black male.
