Suspects entered BJ's and placed 47" Plasma TV on cart. They appraoched exit and were challenged by employee. Suspects communicated they were returning the television for another model. They were directed to customer service where suspects were told to seek out the model they were looking for. They presumably were unable to locate the model they desired and left the store with the original 47" Plasma.
