The unidenified woman is using a stolen debit card. The victim lives in Wilmington and last used the card at a gas station in Everett, MA. Victim does not know when card was stolen. The second supect used the card once. The first suspect used the card in Tewksubry, Revere, Malden and Medford for over $3,000.

Thanks to the deligent efforts of MCI Framingham for ID'ing Jessica Kweedor (from photo3) as one of the subjects, the police department learned that the other subject was Jessica Kahil of Revere. Each will be charged in several juristictions.
