Victim was violently attacked by knife weilding masked Asian male identified through DNA as Tuen Kit Lee. Victim was bound, gagged and sexually assaulted and robbed. Lee was found guilty in Norfolk Superior Court in September 2007 of the following charges; Rape [4 counts], Kidnapping, Assault to Rape, Indecent Assault & Battery >14, Assault & Battery and Larceny over $250.00. Althought Lee was currently out on $100,000.00 Bail, he failed to show up the day after he took the stand. Lee has additionally been charged with Felony Bailjumping-Failure to Appear.
