Pictured suspect entered Eastern Bank at 1544 hours and passed a note which read "Have a Gun." No weapon was shown and suspect fled on foot after receiving the money.

Described as follows: white male, approx. 5'11", medium build, clean shaven, short-dark hair, white baseball hat, hooded sweatshirt, dark gloves and blue jogging pants with white stripe down the legs.

The suspect was identified and indicted, resulting in a subsequent plea. Any department seeking information should contact the Braintree PD.
