Suspect entered store once for minor purchase. Minutes later re-entered demanding money from the register. The suspect threatened the clerk with a large knife. Clerk fought suspect off by arming and defending self with baseball bat and mace. Suspect was chased from the store without money. Suspect sprayed in face with the mace, possibly struck in the behind with the baseball bat. The suspect also had a a scar under his left eye.

This male was identified as Orlando Hernandez and has been arrested. Incident Report #07-22856
