A Homicide occurred in the City of Chelsea on the above date at the King Arthur's Lounge located at 200 Beacham Street. A verbal argument escalted into a physical altercation where a firearm was allegedly produced by an in individual identified as Jesse Camacho (19) of Cheslea who fired multiple rounds striking Jeff Santiago (28) in the chest who later died at MGH in Boston. Two other victims were also shot in the leg during the altercation. There is a warrant in effect for Camacho who remains at large.

Mr. Camacho was arrested in Mexico City on October 30, 2008.
