Pictured suspect followed the victim into the women's rest room, placing a free standing magazine rack in front of the rest room door. Suspect then entered the stall adjacent to the one occupied by the victim and began to crawl underneath the divider, placing his head into the victim's stall. The victim observed the suspect watching her in the bathroom stall, at which time the suspect fled the scene. The Braintree PD is seeking information regarding the suspect's identification or any similar incdents.

Detective McLaughlin reports that a Mr. David Flavell has been arrested for this offense.
