On 09-03-02 at about 2 P.M. the Soverign Bank located at 35 Austin St. Newton was robbed by a W/M, 6', med build, early 20's, wearing a white longsleeved shirt with writing on the front, glasses, long dark pants and a dark baseball cap. The subject passed a note to the teller. No gun was shown. He then fled the bank.
