Female suspect caught on video surveillance using stolen credit card/ATM at Walmart in Dartmouth, Ma. Credit Card was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a town field while the victim was walking her dog on 03/18/08. Woman fits the description of suspect taking cards from unlocked vehicles at this field in the summer of 2007. Suspect in video also matches suspect in similar case reported on Mass Most Wanted by Burlington Police (Suspect #4199, 02/17/08)

Suspect identified as Judith Anderson from Plymouth, Ma. Search warrant executed at Ms. Anderson's house in Plymouth on 04/03/08 produced evidence to Ms. Anderson's crimes. Judith Anderson was arrested by Plymouth Police at the conclusion of the search warrant. Judith Anderson was charged with various offenses by Plymouth PD and Duxbury PD. It is believed that Judith Anderson may have stolen credit cards and used them in several Massachusetts communities as far up as New Hampshire.
