On April 14, 2008, at approximately 12:35 hrs, victim came home from school to find a white male inside his residence. The suspect told the victim that he was from Comcast and then quickly left the residence. Victim then saw the suspect leave in a dark colored 4-door SUV. Prior to the victim entering the house, he observed this dark colored SUV (unoccupied) parked in front of the house.

Suspect was described as a white male, late 20’s , dark hair, 5’7” to 5’9” with an average build. He was wearing a tan canvas work coat.

Detective Boradawka reports this suspect was apprehended by Topsfield Police.
