Subject walked into Price Chopper Supermarket through beer isle and up to middle teller station at Putnam Bank. Suspect handed the teller a note. Teller gave the suspect cash. He demanded more money. The teller handed the suspect more money. He left on foot. He was wearing a Green Boston red sox"B" hat, maroon sweatshirt, and light colored cargo type pants. No suspect vehicle seen. Primary investigation being done by Putnam Police Dept. (860)928-6565, assistance by Connecticut State Police Major Crime Squad.
