Fraudulent/ Counterfeit Activities Shrewsbury Police are investigating the passing of several counterfeit $100.00 and $50.00 bills that occurred at the CVS/ Rt. 9 –Shrewsbury on May 8, 2008 at approx. noontime. The counterfeit bills were used to purchase (6) gift cards. The suspect is described as a white female, medium build, medium height, wearing a yellow shirt, white pants, white shoes, carrying a large black purse. Her hair was dark black, medium length, styled to fall into her face. Please make note of the face as it is possible she is wearing a wig.
