Victim's credit cards and an amount of cash were stolen from his locker at the Boston Sports Club in Waltham. Credit cards were subsequently used at Best Buy, Home Depot and Circuit City in Nashua, NH in excess of $1000 total.

There may have been two suspects involved in the gym break.

One of the two suspects (not the male in the photo) in this case has been identified and charged. The actual locker break suspect has been identified and charged. This party is the unidentified suspect that used the credit card in NH.
