Wednesday June 25, 2008 at about 2:30 PM, a bank robbery occurred at the TD Bank North branch at 500 Grafton St (@ CVS Plaza). Suspect is a Hispanic Male, 20-30 yoa, short no taller than 5'7" medium build, possibly with green eyes. Per a witness, suspect has a tattoo of a spider web on left upper arm. Suspect wearing black tee shirt, black baseball cap and darks baggy low riding pants. Fled on foot toward Massasoit Rd. No weapon observed.

Arrested on June 30, 2008 in Worcester by Detectives. Suspect: Robert Marlborough Charged with TD Bank North robbery on June 25, 2008 and Flagship Bank Robbery on June 28, 2008 both in Worcester.
