On Monday, June 30, 2008, at approximately 05:00 hours an unarmed robbery occurred at CVS located at 676 Southbridge Street, Auburn, Massachusetts. Two suspects entered the establishment, one stayed in the aisle as a lookout and the second suspect went to the pharmacy. The second suspect ordered the clerk to give him all of the oxycontin and if he did he would not get hurt. The second suspect ordered the clerk to retrieve a plastic CVS bag and take all the oxycontin out of the safe and place them in the bag. Both suspects left the store in an unknown direction of travel. Approximately 24 CVS tablet bottles were stolen containing an undisclosed amount of tablets. Suspect #1 (lookout) was described as being a heavy set white male approximately 5’10, brown hair, the suspect had a thin beard and/or a few days of growth on his face. The suspect was wearing a white baseball cap, white T-shirt, a grey button down shirt that was unbuttoned and a black jacket. The suspect had blue jeans and was wearing white sneakers. He is believed to be in his mid twenties. Suspect #2 is described as being a light skinned white male, skinny, approximately 5”6 or 7”, 135 – 140 lbs and approximately 25 years of age. The suspect had growth on his chin. The victim stated that the suspect had a pointy nose. The suspect was wearing blue jeans and a light grey hooded sweatshirt with the Red, Red Sox logo on the chest. In addition, this suspect was wearing black sneakers. Note: The pharmacist pointed out that this subject’s eyes were dilated and he was believed to be under the influence of a narcotic.
