On 6/13/08, the victim left his wallet inside his locker at the Boston Sports Club in Waltham and secured that locker with his personal lock. When he returned to his locker after working out, he observed the lock gone and his locker open. Stolen was $60 in cash and a Citibank Mastercard. Citibank card was subsequently used to purchase 3 Dewalt 18v combo powertool kits from the Waltham Home Depot. Suspect #1 entered the gym, and after loitering around the front entrance and locker room on a cell phone, entered the locker room, forced the locker and stole the items, and changed clothes in approx 4 minutes. Suspect #2 actually used the stolen credit card at the Home Depot.
