Suspect fraudulently used victims stolen credit card at DeLucas market on Beacon Hill. The victim’s card was stolen from a home in the Beacon Hill area during a breaking and entering on 07/26/2008. The suspect charged 12 steaks and 20 packs of cigarettes with the victims Jet Blue credit card at DeLucas market. The were also other fraudulent purchases made with the victim's stolen credit card on Beacon Hill.

Thanks to a citizen, Fox 25 and Mass Most Wanted, the suspect was identified as Willie Perretti. Detective Leahy of the Boston Police got a summons for the suspect at Boston Municipal Court.
