White male subject entered Framingham Coop Bank located at 828 Concord St. Handed teller note stating it was a robbery. Subject threatened that he had a gun, however he never showed a gun. Subject got undisclosed amount of money. Subject left bank driving silver or gray Hyundai. Subject was the only occupant of vehicle. subject went east on rt. 30. Subject described as White male mid 20's - early 30's. 5'8" 150-160lbs. Short brown hair, deep blue eyes, light beard and mustache. Subject wearing black ball cap, black pull over hooded sweatshirt, baby blue basketball shorts and sneakers. Subject was carrying a bag slung over his shoulder.

Subject was apprehended in Ashland, Ma due to his suspicious behavior in a neighborhood. Subject Identified and Charged for this robbery and case #080473. Subject was a David Goguen, 28, of 39 Bridges St., of Framingham
