On 9-24-08 at approximately 10:41 PM the Sudbury Police Department received a report of a past assault in a common area at 655 Boston Post Road. Preliminary investigation by responding officers determined the incident to be a sexual assault. Suspect was described as a white male approximately 25-30 years of age, 6’ to 6’2” tall having a “buzz” cut with sandy blond hair, hoop earing in left ear and a goatee. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, jeans and a black baseball hat. Suspect possibly operating what was described as a Ford pickup with shiny black paint and a substantial dent on the driver’s door. The vehicle description is from the victim, who noticed the truck had been following her on Boston Post Road while on a walk. The incident remains under investigation.
