Suspect stole wallet & cell phone from unattended apartment while victim was moving in. Victim's stolen ATM card was used at CVS in Boston (400 Tremont St.) for $120 to buy cigarettes and gift card. Also tried to withdraw money at 157 Stuart St. ATM but was unsuccessful.
