The suspect depicted in the photograph broke into an adjoining business by breaking the rear door. He gained access into the store where the burglary took place. He stole cigarettes and lottery tickets. Police interrupted the crime in progress. Suspect is a white male, 5’10” to 6’0” tall, long brown or black hair and a goatee; he was wearing a plaid shirt blue jeans and baseball cap.

An anonymous tip came in from this web page. The suspect was identified as Charles Steele. He came forward and made a full confession.
