In the past few weeks we have had two Armed Robbery's (Hand Gun) from each of our Rite Aid's in Milford. The most recent was at Rite Aid on Rt. 140 and involved a W/M 30-35 y/o, 220-240lbs., clean shaven. Pictures included.

Male lured the pharmacist from behind the counter to ask about laxatives, then the suspect showed the pharmacist a 9mm handgun and demanded 40mg and 80mg, Oxycontin. The male made off with approx. 600 tabs of Oxycontin that were delivered on Dec. 30, 2008.

The 1st Robbery of the Rite Aid on Rt. 109, Dec. 20, 2008, the assailant made off with 400 plus Oxycontin. It is unknown if the Robbery's are connected.

Any agency having similar Robbery's are asked to Contact Det. Ball or Det. Sousa of the Milford Police Dep't.
