Suspect attempted to utter counterfeit $100.00 travelers check. Manager told suspect the check was not valid and he fled the area. We believe he is connected with the group passing other checks in the Metro West and Plymouth area.

Id of our suspect was made by Detective Harris from the Coventry RI police Department. The suspect is a Mr. John Willis. 05/03/66, a MA resident. We will be applying for a warrant.
