Detective Rooney of the Plymouth Police Department report that the Warwick, RI Police arrested Mr. Watrous while committing a bank robbery in their city. Mr. Watrous is from Utah.

This is a white man, 17-22 years old, young looking, thin Build, approx 5'9"-5'11". He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black ski cap, black gloves. He has a Black Leather Bomber style Jacket which he put on after the taxi ride. He entered Citizen's Bank on Park Avenue in Plymouth, handed teller a note demanding money. Male subject took a taxi to and from bank, was dropped off in downtown Plymouth.
