On March 6, 2009 at about 6:36 P.M. the suspect walked into 915 Commonwealth Avenue (FitRec Center). A surveillance camera showed him removing property (a wallet containing a credit card and debit card, and a cell phone) from an unsecured storage box (cubbie) at 6:39 P.M.

Thanks to Newton PD, Boston PD and Harvard University PD, the supsect has identified as Donald Nickerson, DOB 01/12/1963. Charges are pending.
