On 3/31/09 The North Andover Police responded to the CVS Pharmacy, Route 114 for the report of a larceny of baby formula.

On 3/31/09 at approximately 4:00 p.m., the suspect entered the CVS store empty handed, Moments later store staff observed the individual leaving the store with a large bag.

When the individual realized that he was being observed by store personnel, he ran from the store, entered a blue Suburban, and fled the area.

North Andover Police has made an identification of this suspect with the Assistance of the Haverhill Detective Unit.
