On 1 APRIL 2009, at approximately 2004 hours, a white male, approximately 20-24 years old, 5’11”-6’1”, weighing 230-240 lbs., with possible dark brown hair, and with a “heavy” Boston accent entered Hollywood Tans at 119 Parkingway in Quincy. This suspect was wearing a baseball hat and a Patriots hooded sweatshirt. The suspect had a cell phone in his right hand and kept this phone by his head, as if he was speaking to someone.

While in Hollywood Tans, the suspect asked one of the employees to open the cash register. After hearing the suspects demand, the employee fainted. The suspect then fled the store.
