On Saturday April 4, 2009 a white male 45 to 50 years of age came into the Burberry Store in the Natick Collection and stole an $895 winter jacket. The suspect used the sales associate to assist him in a pair of blue jeans which the suspect tried on. Unknown to the sales associate the suspect had transplanted $895 winter jacket just outside the dressing room door. In trying the jeans on the suspect came out of the dressing room to get a better look at the jeans and to help himself to the hidden jacket. By way of CCTV the suspect exits the dressing with a noticeable puffiness in his chest and stomach. During this evident a co-defendant kept other sales associate busy in the front of the store.
