On 03/30/09 at 11:10 A.M., a white female subject entered Target in Dartmouth carrying a child. The female proceeded to the pharmacy, where she passed a forged prescription. The prescription was confirmed to be forged and she did not obtain the narcotic. She appears to be in her late 20s - early 30s. She has brown long hair and a thin build. The male child appears to be approximately one year in age. The suspect was observed driving a white Ford Edge, unknown year.

The suspect has been identified as Crystal Miranda out of New Bedford. On 04/27/09, Miranda once again passed a forged prescription at a Rite-Aide in Fairhaven. She was detained at the scene upon her identity being revealed.
