The North Andover Police Department responded to a 911 call to 2237 turnpike Street, Rt 114, at 6:03 p.m. on Thursday, 4/23/09. the female homeowner reported three Hispanic men forced their way into her home, restrained her with duct tape and ransacked her home.

The victim answered the front door and an unknown Hispanic male identified himself as a North Andover Detective. The male referenced the past B&E and was conducting a follow up. The male had a belt badge, belt holster with weapon, a radio and document folder. As this male gained entry two other Hispanic males rushed in the front door and forced her to the ground and restrained her. These two males wore masks, gloves and spoke Spanish.
