On 04/27/09 at 16:44 hours, a 16 year old male was robbed at knife point as he entered the Citizens' bank ATM, located at 606 Dartmouth St., in Dartmouth. The suspect ordered the victim to withdraw money via the ATM. The suspect is described as a white male in his late 30s, muscular build, shaved head, 5'8" - 5'10", wearing sunglasses and a grey hooded sweatshirt. The suspect fled the scene in a purple colored sedan. The vehicle was being operated by a second male, unknown description. Aprox. 30 minutes later a second robbery occurred at the Middle East Hot Pocket, located at 519 State Rd. in Dartmouth. The suspect matched the description as the previous suspect. However, this time he threatened the victim with a baseball bat.

The subject, identified as James Pritchard Jr. was apprehended on 05/08/09 by the Dartmouth & New Bedford Police departments.
