On 5/13/2009, a white male, late 30’s early 40’s, wearing a long sleeve yellow shirt, jeans and a black belt (with some type of metallic, shinny rivets), short brown hair with a “5 o’clock” shadow, wearing a baseball cap described as red, white & blue, walked into Zale’s Jewelry at the Solomon Pond Mall. Not seeing any high-end jewelry, the suspect walked over and entered the Goldstein, Swank & Gordon jewelry store and asked to look at an $11,000 Rolex watch. Suspect made off with watch and entered into an older model mid size black motor vehicle that was waiting outside the mall. See attached photos and video. Anyone recognizing suspect, please contact Detective Jack Manning. The witnesses in this case can I.D. suspects from an array.
