On 5/13/2009, a white male, late 30’s early 40’s, wearing a long sleeve yellow shirt, jeans and a black belt (with some type of metallic, shinny rivets), short brown hair with a “5 o’clock” shadow, wearing a baseball cap described as red, white & blue, walked into Zale’s Jewelry at the Solomon Pond Mall. Not seeing any high-end jewelry, the suspect walked over and entered the Goldstein, Swank & Gordon jewelry store and asked to look at an $11,000 Rolex watch. Suspect made off with watch and entered into an older model mid size black motor vehicle that was waiting outside the mall. See attached photos and video.
