On 05-16-09, at approximately 04:16 AM, a white male, with light facial scrub around the chin/sides, brown eyes, brown hair, approx. 5’07” in height, wearing a navy blue “Kaplan” sweatshirt with the hoodie up, light blue jeans, and white sneakers, entered the Walgreen’s at 430 Broadway in Revere. This lone suspect robbed the cashier after a small transaction and stuck an open box cutter at the clerk’s stomach. The clerk was not injured. After fleeing, a witness chased down the suspect into a yard nearby, on Central Avenue, and lost him.

Detective Romboli reports an identification, indictment, and guilty plea in this case.
