Victim had his wallet stolen out of his vehicle while he was parked at a local church. Rockland debit card was used in Easton, MA to make two withdrawls at an ATM in Hannaford's Market each for $200. The card was also used to purchase $125.85 worth of merchandise. Video was obtained from Hannaford's. Suspect is middle aged white female, heavy set, shoulder length brown hair, wearing a red shirt, blue slacks, white sneakers and glasses.
