The suspect obtained a shopping cart and proceeded to the baby formula isle. There he selected 9 packages of formula and placed them in plastic shopping bags he had brought with him. The formula was worth $187.41. As he was about to exit the store manager confronted him and asked where he was going. The suspect stated he was going outside to his vehicle to get his wallet. BURKE told the suspect could not leave the store with the items. Suspect did not return.
