On June 4, 2009, at approximately 0400 hours, a black male, possibly in his early 20’s, weighing less than 185 lbs., under six feet in height, and clean shaven, robbed a CVS pharmacy store in Quincy, MA. The suspect was wearing long black shorts, black sneakers (white sole), a black Kangol cap, and a yellow and black University of Michigan Wolverines sports jacket. This suspect told the CVS employee several times that he had a gun on him. The suspect stole one box of Digital TV Reception Analog units; there were 12 units in this box. The approximate value of these units is $720
