On 07-27-09 at approx. 13:24 the pictured suspect was observed on surveillance video stealing Baby Formula. The value of the product was $399.68. This occurred at the Stop & Shop (Lyman St.) Westborough. Suspect entered store with empty bags in a carriage. He then filled the bags with baby formula and left the store without paying for the items. Suspect was believed to be using a 2000 green Toyota Avalon when committing the crime. This vehicle has been linked to several other suspects who have been arrested and or charged for the theft of baby formula.
