At approximately 2:04pm this afternoon (8/6/2009) a male subject entered Stop and Shop located in the Cranberry Plaza in Wareham and approached a teller at Citizen’s Bank located inside the store. The male subject approached a bank clerk with a note requesting cash money. The male suspect reached over the counter and grabbed the money from the teller’s hand and walked away. The male suspect is captured on video surveillance exiting Stop & Shop and is seen getting into a mid to late 90’s Cadillac. (Tan or possibly gray) A review of Stop & Shops video surveillance cameras before the actual incident revealed the Cadillac pulling into a parking spot. (Approximately 1:34pm) The robbery suspect exits from the passenger side of the vehicle while another male walks from the driver’s side of the parked vehicle. Both subjects are seen walking inside Stop & Shop more than 25 minutes prior to the unarmed robbery.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian or Hispanic male in his mid 20’s to early 30’s standing at least 6 feet tall with a medium build. The male suspect was wearing white shorts, white t-shirt and a white baseball style hat and white sneakers. The second male subject appears to be a white male standing 5’09” or taller with a muscular build. The second male subject is wearing khaki-style long shorts with pockets near his calve area on both legs. He is also wearing what appears to be a collared style golf shirt and sunglasses.

Just wanted to advise Mass Most Wanted that this same subject in Wareham’s Unarmed Robbery last Thursday struck again yesterday (Thursday 8/13/2009) at the Citizen's Bank in Hyannis MA. He was wearing the same hat he had on during the Wareham incident.
