On 8/31/2009 at approximately 9:30am a white male suspect, 40-50 years old, 5’9”, 220lbs entered a Cambridge hotel and proceeded to acquire a hotel room master pass card from a housekeepers cart. This suspect began to enter rooms until he acquired a satchel of jewelry valued at 13k. The suspect was operating a late model Ford F150 Crew Cab Pickup color red with beige trim around the lower and wheel moldings. More surveillance available upon request.

Suspect identified as Joseph F. Carpenito 3/31/1954 of East Boston. Warrants Issued.

Suspect arrested by Boston Police 11/12/09.
