Heavy set black female in white shirt / yellow pants entered Winchester Hospital in Wilmington claiming to be looking for the pharmacy as she walked around in restricted area. After being noticed and approached the female left area. Shortly after an employee noticed that her wallet and credit cards were stolen. Card was used at Medford CVS by pictured female for close to $500. This female is also the same female observed in the hospital prior to theft. Looking for ID
