On 08/18/2009 Officers of the Tiverton Police Department responded to a report of a breaking and entering. The complainant reported that the residence, which was currently under construction, had been broken into the previous evening between 2002 hrs and 2230 hrs. The complainant reported that several appliances, approximately $14,764 worth, had been taken from the residence. A review of the surveillance system revealed a white pickup truck entering the premises. The truck appears to be a Ford F250 of F350, late 90's to early 2000 model. The truck appears to have custom running boards, custom oversized tires, and a 4x4 logo on the back bed. The truck also had a custom Leer cap on the bed. Upon closer inspection of the window on the cap, there appeared to be a "Harley Davidson" logo in the middle of the window. There was also an unidentified sticker on the lower left hand side of the window. Two males are observed approaching the front door of the residence. One of the males cuts the pad lock to the front doors using bolt cutters. The first male is described as white, heavy set/muscular, crew cut type hair, possible goatee. The male appeared to be wearing a white t-shirt, white long shorts, and sneakers. The male appeared to be wearing latex gloves. The second male is described as white, heavy set/muscular, wearing a red t-shirt/no sleeves, long shorts, baseball hat backwards, and sneakers. The second male is the driver of the pickup truck. Investigation led to the arrest of the second male, he is identified as Chris Nogueira, 242 Cornell St., New Bedford MA., Nogueira reportedly has ties to organized crime in New Bedford Mass and Providence RI areas. The pickup truck is registered to Nogueira’s father. The other suspect is tentatively identified as Ronald Edward Stockwell of Lakeville MA., . Need assistance getting a firmer ID of pictured subject and locating him.
